Report Scheduler

The Report Scheduler enables the reports which have been designed in Report Manager to be automatically produced.

It automatically captures the necessary data from the SQL database and generates one or more reports automatically without user interaction. This is perfect for automatically emailing a report to the user or another manager, outputing reports to a screen or printer and sending a report via FTP to a web server for presentation on an internet site.

The Report Scheduler can be set to to automatically:

• Retrieve data from the SQL database
• Generate reports that have been configured and saved in Report Manager
• Send the report to its destination (website, email, screen etc)

Report output formats include: 

• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Adobe PDF
• Image types – JPG, PNG, BMP, TIFF, GIF EMF
• HTML
• CSV
• Text

Reports can be automatically output to:

• File
• Screen
• Email
• FTP to a web server
